Description: These large, comfortable apartments are located just 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol, right in a trendy neighborhood on the crossroads of the lively central Madrid districts: Malasaña and Chueca and right beside the fashionable new pedestrian Calle Fuencarral. This area is alive with great restaurants, cafes and night spots that our friendly local staff can recommend.All the major attractions of central Madrid are within a comfortable walking distance through charming old town streets. A 10 minute stroll down Fuencarral will have you at Gran Via and Sol while during the working hours you are well connected with the major commercial zones of the northern centre of Madrid and just 200m from either the Tribunal or Bilbao Metro stations.In this apartment you will feel right at home with a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances, double or twin rooms, a sofabed if needed and lovely balconies overlooking the street below while the large french doors let lots of natural light into this exterior apartment.
